I can't seem to get away from you guys. I never get any "Junk Mail" delivered to my home until today. I received a Football Betting Magazine and guess who is rated as one of the "top rated sportsbooks"? You guessed it, Heritage.

As many of you know, I have begged Heritage to not mail, call or sell my information, but again they have screwed up. I am 100% confident that they have something to do with this.

I almost believe you guys are doing this on purpose to me. You had a chance to make good on these situations several times, but for some reason you just can't get it done!

Also, can you believe they would give out a "touts" service picks like Lem Baker. You need to have a serious conversation with yourself if would actually play Lem's games at Heritage. Do you think you're going to get a shap line?

Heritage, you know, I just sent 3 dimes to Pinny, 3 dimes to Skybook and 3 dimes to WSEX. You know, I was almost going to send 3 dimes your way today, until I opened my mail.

Do you think you can every treat me fairly? Either fix the problem, save a customer or JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR GOOD!

Think about this Heritage.

I referred my friend Jimmy B to your shop about 3 years ago and I just hung up the phone with him.

Due to your ability to "keep "fuc*ing" with me, I have talked him into sending his bankroll to Pinny and Skybook.

I will be talking to the other 3 referrals on Saturday as well.

I am in customer service business myself and I know I couldn't afford to loose customers like this.

Beleive me, I'm not done until you figure out this problem.

I suggest you would have better luck, if u emailed Heritage directly, or even called them, to take you off a mailing list, rather than posting it in our offshore forum...

I don't think the magazine that you received today necessarily came as a result of you being on Heritage's mailing list. I would think they would want the advertising going out to potential customers that have not tried them yet. (I could be wrong). I have been with Heritage for just over a year and am very happy with them. I do wish you the best of luck on getting off their mailing list.
